DAVID JONNS MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEE
If any of our products are in need of repair within the first 12 months from the day of purchase, David Jonns will repair the product at no cost to you including any delivery charges that were incurred in returning the product to us, provided the damage has been caused by normal conditions of wear. We will not be responsible for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence. Please keep your receipt as proof of your purchase date.
REPAIRS OUTSIDE OF THE GUARANTEE PERIOD
Most of David Jonns products can be repaired, polished and re-plated as necessary. We can also supply you with single replacement earrings should you unfortunately happen to lose one. Replacements and repairs will be charged on a case by case basis. This service will include a postal charge
